When you subscribe to a plan, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out to determine items such as if your edited videos will be uploaded to a YouTube Channel or Google Drive Folder, how you will be submitting your videos, and other specifics of your selected plan. You will also receive access to a Google Drive Folder within 24-48 hours that you can use to upload your videos to your edit queue.

You will receive an email from us every time a video is published to confirm the video has been completed with a link to view it. Videos will be uploaded up to your selected destination within 7 days of receiving email confirmation that your Video Queue folder is ready for edits. If more than one Video Queue Folder is populated per week, folders will be edited and uploaded in the order of your Video Queue Folders, to the weekly allowance of that week. Any additional folders once the weekly allowance is hit will be held in your queue for the following week.

Your Custom Google Drive Folder will include a 5-folder video queue that you can separate your files between to have up to five videos in your queue at a time. As videos are edited and uploaded, the final copies will be stored in a "Completed Videos" folder, original files in the correlating queue folder will be deleted, and the remaining queue folders will be updated to reflect their new position in your queue. Your folders will remain active for the duration of your subscription. If you choose to cancel your subscription you will lose access to all folders and your files will be deleted. We do not store original files past their time in your queue. Once a video is edited, the original files are deleted, and your finalized video file will be added to your "Completed Videos" folder and uploaded to YouTube (if applicable).

By default, finished videos are uploaded to your designated Google Drive Folder in a "Completed Videos" subfolder that will remain active for the duration of your subscription. All plans additionally include the option to have your videos uploaded directly to YouTube. If you choose to have your videos uploaded to YouTube, you may indicate in your onboarding questionnaire if you would like these uploads to be set to "public" or "private". You will need to add Pink Blaze Productions as a manager on your selected YouTube Channel for us to be able to upload your videos to YouTube. If Pink Blaze Productions is not granted access as a manager to your YouTube Channel, finished videos will be uploaded solely to your "Completed Videos" subfolder. Yes. Please send us an email to support@pinkblazepro.com if you would like to submit video files this way. SD cards will be limited to one per payment cycle. Your SD card files will all be uploaded to one Video Queue Folder in your custom Google Drive Folder. An email will be sent to you when the file upload is complete. Once we get the green-light from you, we will begin to edit. If you would like all of the files on your SD card in one video, simply approve the Video Queue Folder as "ready to edit" by email at support@pinkblazepro.com. If you would like to separate your files into multiple Video Queue Folders so that they are uploaded as separate videos, this will need to be completed prior to sending your "ready to edit" email to support@pinkblazepro.com. SD cards will not be held or returned. Pink Blaze Productions is not responsible for your SD cards and is not liable if items are lost or damaged in shipping. Please make sure you are not sending an SD card that you need or expect back, at this stage of operations we are not set up to accommodate mail-backs.

Certain plans will have the option to customize select items. In your designated Google Drive Folder you will have access to a Google Sheet where you can add your copy should you wish. If fields are left blank at time video is green-lit for editing, Pink Blaze Productions will use their best judgement based on the following guidelines: Title: If Title is not submitted, Pink Blaze Productions will use their best judgment in creating a title. If the video does not provide enough detail to customize a title, Pink Blaze Productions will use the file name of the first file listed in the Google Drive. Description: If Description is not provided, field will be left blank. Thumbnail: If Thumbnail image is not provided, the default thumbnail from YouTube will be used. If text for thumbnail is not provided, text will not be added. Pink Blaze Productions will make creative decision on what text color and style is most legible with provided image. Hashtags: If Hashtags aren’t provided, Pink Blaze Productions will generate 5 using their best judgment.

If your plan includes the ability to choose a weekly upload day, there will be an option in your onboarding questionnaire to let us know if there is a specific day of the week you prefer your videos to be uploaded. Videos will be posted by the end of the day on specified day of week. Times for "days" are calculated use Mountain Standard Time (MST). Videos will be uploaded within 5 to 7 days of receiving your "ready to edit" email. If a video folder is added to Google Drive with less than 5 days until the selected YouTube upload day, it is understood that the video may be pushed out to be posted to the following week's upload day. We do our best to edit in a timely and efficient manner, but can not guarantee a video will be ready any sooner than 5 to 7 days. If you would prefer a video not be pushed out to the following week's upload day, you may select "No preference / As soon as my video is ready" under this section of your questionnaire. "Week days" under these plans refer to days of the week such as Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. "Week days" do not refer to specified dates, i.e. March 14th. If you are not in a location where you can download your "Completed Videos" but would like to retain access to your folder, please email us at support@pinkblazepro.com to discuss an "Idle Plan". This will retain your access to your "Completed Videos" folder without charging you the full price of one of our standard plans. This will remove your access to your queue folders and you will be granted "view only" permissions. This will prevent you from being able to upload new files to your folder.

If you find that you are creating more content than anticipated, or would like your videos uploaded in a tighter time frame, you may upgrade your subscription at any time by emailing support@pinkblazeproductions.com. We are happy to customize a subscription for your specific goals.
